How do I know which collection is right for me?

Each GiftTrax collection is designed around a different kind of moment.

The Children’s Collection is created for songs built around a child’s personality, imagination and world.

The Gift Collection is for birthdays, anniversaries, thank you gifts, seasonal occasions and meaningful personal surprises.

The Remembrance Collection is for heartfelt tribute songs created with sensitivity and care.

Our Wedding Collections are more detailed bespoke productions, created for larger moments, deeper storytelling and wedding-day use.

Are the prices fixed?

Yes. Each collection is clearly priced before you order, with the main song production included within that price.

Optional add-ons, such as priority production, additional companion songs or framed keepsakes, are shown separately where available. There are no hidden costs added after you place your order.

Can I order more than one song?

Yes. Some collections include the option to add an additional companion song, while our Wedding Collections are available as one, two or three-song packages depending on the level of storytelling you need.

This is useful when you want songs for different people, moments or parts of an occasion.

What information do you need from me?

This depends on the collection, but we usually ask for names, the occasion, key details you would like included, the overall tone, and any memories, phrases or personal details that matter to you.

The more thoughtful the brief, the more personal and meaningful the finished song can become.

Can I request a specific musical feel or style?

Yes. You can guide us on the mood, energy and overall feel you would like the song to have. Whether you want something heartfelt, celebratory, uplifting, cinematic, playful or reflective, we use your direction to shape the song creatively within the collection you have chosen.

Are the songs fully personalised?

Yes. Every GiftTrax song is created around the person, people or occasion at the heart of it. The lyrics and creative direction are shaped from the details you provide, so the finished song feels personal, considered and specific to your story.

Do you write the lyrics and produce the music yourselves?

Yes. The writing, arrangement and production are handled as part of the GiftTrax process by Jay and Paul. Our aim is to create something polished, personal and musically credible — a song that feels thoughtfully made rather than quickly assembled.

Can I listen to examples before ordering?

Yes. Example songs are available across the website to give you a feel for the kind of personalised songs GiftTrax can create.

Every commission is written around a different person, story and occasion, so your finished song will be created specifically from the details you provide rather than copied from an existing example.

Can I share a reference song or artist?

Yes. If you share a reference song or artist, it will simply help guide the overall style, mood and direction of your piece

Every GiftTrax song is still written and produced as an original creation. We do not copy existing songs, melodies, lyrics or artist performances.

Can I choose the vocal style?

Absolutely. Those small details are often what make a song feel special. We do, however, shape them carefully so the lyric still flows naturally and sounds like a real piece of music rather than a list of facts forced into a track.

Yes. Where shown on the song creation form, you can guide us on the vocal direction you would prefer, such as male vocal, female vocal, duet, instrumental or no preference.

We treat this as part of the creative direction and will shape the final production around what best suits the song, the story and the collection you have chosen.

Can you include family names, memories or in-jokes?

Yes. These personal details are often what make a song feel truly special. We shape them carefully so they sit naturally within the lyric and feel like part of a real song, rather than a list of facts placed into music.

Do you offer songs in Bollywood or South Asian styles?

Yes. Our Bollywood Wedding Collection is created specifically for the emotion, colour, energy and cultural significance of South Asian celebrations. With GiftTrax, the musical feel and cultural tone are handled with care, musical understanding and respect for the occasion.

If you are looking for a family tribute song for parents, grandparents or loved ones in a Bollywood or South Asian-inspired style, our Signature Moment package is usually the best fit. It allows us to create a more detailed, culturally expressive song with the depth and production style that kind of tribute deserves.

The Gift Collection is currently created in English, so for Bollywood or South Asian-style pieces, we recommend choosing the Bollywood Wedding Collection or contacting us if you are unsure which option is right.

How long does the process take?

Delivery times vary depending on the collection.

Most personal collections are delivered within 14 days.

Our Wedding Collections are delivered within 21 days due to the greater level of detail and production involved.

Priority production is available across all GiftTrax collections if you need your song sooner than the standard delivery time.

Do you offer priority production?

This is designed for customers who need their song sooner than the standard delivery time. Availability may depend on the level of detail required and our current production schedule, so we recommend selecting this option at the time of ordering.

Can you work to a deadline?

If your song is needed for a specific date, please tell us as early as possible. We will always do our best to help, but the more notice we have, the easier it is to deliver the song comfortably and without compromising the quality of the production.

How will I receive my song?

Your finished song will be delivered digitally as a high-quality WAV file, ready to download, keep and share privately with family and friends.

Do you offer printed or framed keepsakes?

Yes. The Children’s Collection includes a printed keepsake as standard, featuring a curated extract from your child’s song.

This can be upgraded to a framed keepsake if you would like it professionally framed and ready to display.

For our other collections, a framed keepsake may be added as an optional extra where shown. Each keepsake is carefully designed using a curated extract from your song, set alongside your chosen photograph and professionally prepared to display, treasure and keep.

Any photograph or personal detail you provide is treated with care and used only for the creation and fulfilment of your order. We will not use your image, song, story or personal details for promotion without your permission.

What if I need a lyric changed?

Lyric review is included with our Wedding Collections and The Remembrance Collection. Before production begins, we send the lyrics for you to read through and make sure the names, details, wording and emotion feel right.

This stage is intended for small refinements within the original brief, so the song can move into production with confidence and care.

The Children’s Collection and The Gift Collection do not include a lyric review stage, so it is important that the details you provide in your form are as clear and accurate as possible.

Can I change my mind after submitting the form?

Small clarifications are usually manageable if you let us know quickly. However, we do not offer musical revision once production has commenced, so it is important that the brief is as clear and accurate as possible from the outset.

What if I made a mistake in the information I sent?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not moved too far forward, we will do our best to correct it.

For names or words that may be difficult to pronounce, please write them phonetically in the form so we can interpret them as accurately as possible.

Can I use the song at a party, wedding or memorial event?

Yes. Many GiftTrax songs are created specifically for meaningful moments such as celebrations, weddings, family gatherings, private surprises and remembrance occasions.

Your song is designed to be played and shared as part of the occasion it was commissioned for.

Can I post the song on social media?

Personal sharing with family and friends is welcome.

Wider commercial use, public release, monetisation or distribution on streaming platforms is not included as standard and should be discussed with us separately.

Will my song and personal details be kept private?

Yes. Every GiftTrax commission is treated with care, discretion and respect for the personal story behind it.

Any details, photographs or personal information you provide are used only to create and fulfil your order.

We will not use your song, story, image or personal details for promotion without your permission.

Does GiftTrax use AI technology?

Every GiftTrax song is shaped, directed and reviewed by real musicians.

As professional musicians, we work with a wide range of high-end keyboard instruments, studio tools, mastering equipment and advanced music technology, including AI-assisted tools. These technologies help us explore ideas and work efficiently, but every song is creatively directed, carefully reviewed and approved by human ears in our critical listening room.

GiftTrax is not a one-click AI song service. It is a story-led, carefully produced song service created by real people, with technology used to support the process — never to replace the personal touch.

Are your songs novelty gifts or serious productions?

GiftTrax songs can be heartfelt, joyful, playful, romantic, reflective or celebratory depending on the brief. Whatever the tone, the production approach is always considered and professional.

The aim is to create a song that feels personal, polished and genuinely worth treasuring.

Do you only create songs for big occasions?

No. Some of the most meaningful commissions are for smaller, more personal reasons — a thank you, a retirement, a friendship gift, a birthday surprise, a child’s song, or simply a gesture that says more than a card ever could.
